Rules for Submitted Testimonies

Your rights as an author

You remain the author of your testimony. Your story belongs to you.

What you allow us to do

By submitting your testimony, you allow us to:

  • publish your testimony on the website amazing-miracles.org
  • share it on our social media channels
  • include it in newsletters or emails
  • slightly edit it (e.g. shorten it or correct language mistakes, without changing the meaning)
  • eventually adjust submitted images for the display purpose (e.g. cropping or design adjustments). If an image is not suitable, it may be replaced with a symbolic image or not published.

This permission is:

  • non-exclusive (you can share your testimony elsewhere as well)
  • free of charge
  • unlimited in time
  • not limited to any country

For any other use (e.g. book projects or commercial use), we will ask you separately.

You can withdraw your consent at any time

If your testimony contains special categories of personal data (e.g. health data), by submitting it you expressly consent to their processing in accordance with Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR.

If you later change your mind, simply contact us at: info@amazing-miracles.org

We will remove your testimony from the website and our active channels within 14 days.

However, already printed materials or content that has already been shared by others cannot be fully withdrawn.

What you confirm to us

By submitting your testimony, you confirm that:

  • you are the author of the testimony or have permission to use it
  • all people visible in photos or videos have given their consent
  • for children, consent has been obtained from all legal guardians
  • all Bible quotations come from a free translation or you have permission to quote them
  • your testimony and uploaded images do not violate the rights of others (e.g. copyright, personality rights, or privacy rights).
  • you indicate if images were created using artificial intelligence
  • your testimony does not contain healing promises for specific illnesses
